Meetings are at the Rowena Davey Day Centre, which is behind the car park in Chequers Lane, Dunmow, CM6 1EQ.

Doors open just before 10:00, with the session being 10:00 until 12:00.

We hold meetings weekly, and costing £15 per term (typically 10 weeks).

Parking is available in the Chequers Lane car park adjacent the RDDC front door and is £1.70 for three hours.

Tea and coffee cups are provided, and we will bring tea, coffee, milk and sugar supplies. Hot and cold water are on tap, so bring your own, or ingredients, if you prefer. Longer term arrangement will be agreed between yourselves, Trauti and Felicity.

All abilities are very welcome, from those with no or little experience to more experienced artists.

Members are free to work on their own projects with help and guidance from experienced fellow members if needed.

These groups have been running for several years, with a very high degree of success. Many of our artists who joined in January 2016 have remained with the groups, building self-confidence and achieving some stunning work. Newcomers and those further developing their skills will feel comfortable within the friendly and relaxed atmosphere which we enjoy.

Fees are payable in advance for specified periods averaging 10 weeks.

Please make cheques payable to Dunmow U3A. Cash will be accepted. Fees will be pro-rata for those joining later in a term. However, payment will be charged for any missed weeks after joining as the Hall Hire costs will still be invoiced to us in full. Exceptions can only be made in some circumstances and should be discussed with the Group Leader.
