This country garden of just under an acre is situated on Bicknacre Road, Danbury CM3 4JR. It has been designed, planted and maintained by the owners to showcase the seasons with colour, scent and form. Paths lead through archways and box hedges amassed with seasonal planting and shrubs, including roses, herbaceous perennials, dahlias, salvias and grasses and more unusual plants. The black and white garden and exotics add to the visitors interest. There are some steps, gravel paths and drive.
Use National Trust car park on left 50 metres before the garden, on the right, or park 200 metres past the garden on the left.
You can book via dunmowgg@gmail.com putting "Furzelea - Kath" in the subject line. Names by 18th May please. If you can offer a lift to others, if you need a lift, or if you have any dietary requirements, please let Kath know when booking.
