In Autumn 2015, a group of volunteers came together to launch Dunmow's branch of u3a as a new venture. Branches within u3a are self-managed — by members for members — with guidance from the Third Age Trust. Our committee is a successor to that original group of volunteers.

To conform to regulations provided by the Third Age Trust, we abide by the ➤Dunmow u3a Constitution which they provided. This was adopted by the membership at its First Annual General Meeting.
